Come be inspired by the work of NewGround.

Founded in 2007, NewGround's programs nurture young Muslim and Jewish leaders who go on to positively impact the city of LA and their future college campuses.

These days, speaking Hate in the public square seems like the new normal. From name calling to physical confrontations, it appears the civil discourse around challenging issues is deteriorating.

Join us for a candid and engaging discussion around extremism and hate with two exceptional women, Rabbi Sarah Bassin of Temple Emanuel of Beverly Hills and Edina Lekovic, Public Affairs Consultant for the Muslim Public Affairs Council, to discuss this timely subject.

Plus, you'll get the chance to hear directly from youth in NewGround's MAJIC fellowship who recently confronted hate in Santa Monica with their Circle of Courage -- a campaign to inspire people to stand up against hate.

If you have any questions, please contact NewGround Executive Director Aziza Hasan at aziza@muslimjewishnewground.org or at 213.978.1680

Will you come?
